Step 03 of the Visal Model

AREN Studio

Architecture and engineering taken seriously enough to be financeable. AREN carries projects from first sketch to permit-ready documentation — the point at which capital can commit with confidence.

The Process

Concept to ready-for-financing

  1. I

    Concept

Programme, site analysis and early massing establish the project's intent and feasibility envelope.

  2. II

    Design

Architectural design develops the concept into coordinated plans, sections and elevations.

  3. III

    Engineering

Structural, mechanical and electrical engineering are integrated with the architectural scheme.

  4. IV

    Technical Development

Details, specifications and documentation are resolved to construction-permit standard.

  5. V

    Project Planning

Cost, schedule and procurement strategy are aligned with the financing requirements of the model.

  6. VI

    Ready for Financing

A complete, permit-ready package hands over to capital structuring — bankable and buildable.
